Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchases made online or in-store. All sales are final.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange an item. We allow exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
- The request for exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or confirmation email) is required.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired item.
Please note that earrings and other intimate items are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Exchange Process
- Contact us via 0743 153 322 or kmarion.wanjuhi@gmail.com to request an exchange.
- Provide your order details and the item you’d like to exchange.
- Once approved, you may return the product through Pickup Mtaani or an agreed courier.
